Brittainy
Mcgillis

Principal
In 2011 she graduated with her Honours Bachelor of Arts in History and Sociology from Nipissing University in North Bay. She was lucky to be able to go to school year around by attending summer courses at the Bracebridge Nipissing campus.

In 2013 Brittainy graduated top of her class with her Paralegal Diploma. In April 2014 she became a licensed Paralegal with the Law Society of Upper Canada (now the Law Society of Ontario).
Brittainy was given the opportunity to work under her long time mentor Michelle Scott of Scott Paralegal from Huntsville, Ontario. Ms. Scott is considered a senior paralegal with over 15 years of litigation experience in Provincial Offences and Appeals appearing in courts from Barrie to Kirkland Lake.

Opening a legal firm in Muskoka was a dream for many years. Brittainy wanted to be able to help people and businesses in the community with the knowledge she had gained from 6 years of post secondary and from working along side well known and reputable paralegals and lawyers.

If you have any questions regarding Provincial Offences and Small Claims Brittainy will be able to put you at ease about the process and be fully invested in your case
